Bad Manners Return!
Bad Manners, a ska and two-tone band, is performing at Rock City in December. Tickets can be found in the “BUY TICKET” link below. The band, which includes vocalist Buster Bloodvessel, Louis Cook, David Farren, Martin Stewart, Brian Tuitti, Gus Herman, Chris Kane, and Andrew Marson, was influenced by the Specials and the ska revival of the late 1970s. They gained popularity through their frontman’s on-stage antics and early exposure through 2-Tone Records tours and a documentary.
In the early 80s, they had several UK hits. The band retired temporarily in 1985, but returned in 1989 and remained a live attraction. They gained renewed interest in the mid-90s during a third-wave ska revival, releasing Eat the Beat and Uneasy Listening in 1996 and 1997, respectively.
