At Rock City customer welfare is always at the forefront of our operation. It’s crucial to us that whilst putting on over one hundred shows a year and running packed club nights we make sure that everyone has a f*cking great time, safely!
This year we were delighted to receive a special Judges’ Recognition award from Best Bar None, highlighting the work of our welfare team who consistently strive to keep customers feel safe within the venue. Working alongside the Rock City medic our crew of eight look out for vulnerable or intoxicated customers, help people find friends, charge phones and make sure customers get home, hand out water and sick bags and assist in first aid. Our dedicated crew are always on hand to ensure your night out runs as smoothly as possible!
Best Bar None have become the nightlife industry gold standard so it’s a huge honour for us to receive their seal of approval, further reinforcing the hard work that everyone at Rock City puts in on the night and behind the scenes. If you’re a student that’s recently moved to the city, a regular gig goer or someone that’s with us until the lights come on at Rebel Rebel we want to make sure you’re having a blast so please speak to a member of our team if you need assistance, have lost your friends or just need a breather.
